Check-in & Check-out Times

• Check-in from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM

• Check-out from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

(We allow guests who arrive earlier than the check in to leave their luggages in the Hotel)

Booking with us

After getting in touch with us by email (elmoroccohotel@gmail.com) with your preferred dates and room(s), we will ask you for a bank transfer of 100 percent of the amount of your stay, excluding city tax.

Cancellation policy

A cancellation request must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival or 100 percent of the total stay will be charged.  

In case of early check-out or no show, the full stay amount will be due.

Children policy

We allow children of all ages at El Morocco Hotel although please bear in mind that we do not provide extra bed cots nor any baby equipment. Each room or suite is for a maximum of two guests, children of any age are considered as a guest at our Hotel.

Smoking policy

Please note that smoking is not permitted in the rooms or suites. Smoking is permitted only on the rooftop terrace, the pergola or the patio where ashtrays are provided.
